Let me introduce "my nest"...

Where I call home is where these people are. That French Proverb about building our nest, our home, is my daily mantra since 2020. My little family, they are my reminder to slow down, have a rest and appreciate the little joys of everyday life. Like this slow morning walk at the beach where my little baby was taking her first little steps learning to walk. Looking back at her milestone gives me time to reflect on myself, too. On my milestones, too. We used to celebrate every child's milestone. We cheer on their first smile, their first step, their first word. And as we grow older, we tend to forget to celebrate ours. A little honor on what we've been growing through will make us appreciate every moments more, that there is no single giant step, but a whole lotta little steps. Look at those tiny steps by steps that you have made, sure you're going for the new road ahead.
