This is our first family trip. A short getaway to one of my favorite place where the mountain meets the sea, Amed, Karangasem. When you leave a beautiful place, you carry it with you wherever you go. Always a pleasure to come back here again and now with my little family. This trip became memorable as how my husband and I understand the importance of both of our presence for our daughter’s wellbeing. If anything comes between my husband and I, we hope we always remember to choose what is the best for her, choose the best for our family. Building a strong family is not as easy as it seemed, it needs consistent hard work from both parties. And as the two leads of the family, I wish we always choose us. And if there are hundred reasons to quit this relationship, I hope we always keep that one reason to stay.

Trust in the divine timing of the universe. Here is another story. I think I am kind of a visionary person and I have goals that I want to achieve in my life. I want a career, I want a family, too. I’ve been keep telling myself to trust the right timing this whole time, which God always have the answer to what I need not what I want. And he always prove his-self right. Maybe he allowed me to continue my study to residency at this moment because he knows this is the rightest time. My daughter is my biggest motivation. She is my strength to carry on. I know this is just the start, it is still a long way to go. I can go the distance. The soundtrack of this whole chasing-my-dream journey: Go the Distance by Michael Bolton. It’s an uphill slope, but I won’t lose hope. And last but not least, I couldn’t thank my husband more. I could not go this far without him. I need him just as much as he needs me.
