Currently learning to be
organized and scheduled. I am making a bullet journal (again) this year to keep my yearly goals, monthly plans, weekly checkers, and daily to-do lists up. I have done this years ago but always get distracted and then ended with stop writing the journal in the second or third month of the year. 2020, I want my goals to be
simple and reachable. I have been writing the same resolutions every year,
wishing them to be fulfilled but my actions were nil. And from the
book I have just read this week, Atomic Habits: An Easy & Proven Way to Build Good Habits & Break Bad Ones by James Clear, "If you want better results, then forget about setting goals. Focus on
your system instead."

I have shifting priorities in late 2019. I moved from small clinic to a busy hospital. Of course, there were huge changes in my daily schedule. I am thinking about marriage and postponing my further education plan. I want to pursue my master abroad, but I don't want to have a long distance relationship, yet. I think, I am not ready to have it again and I want to be near to my partner. My boyfriend got accepted in his residency last November. I am grateful for him and couldn't be happier but there might be some adaptation to our relationship. Talking about somewhat nostalgic, these were pictures taken by him in July 2018 for the first time after we were in relationship. He was a long time friend who helped a lot with my previous blog back then. And now he is my fiancé. He will be busy this year with his study so he won't be always available with the blog photos (I am going back to my little sister's help again for the blog after this). About the outfit I wore that day, I love this blue dress. It is a timeless flower-print dress that will still look good for decades. I remembered these pictures were commented by one of my favorite vintage shop (Adored Vintage) and it really made me want to create my clothing business again. I am thinking about relaunching my own brand again. After the wedding day I am settling it soon.
